Collecting judgments is fundamental to VHU Law and we work diligently to collect judgments as quickly as possible. Once judgment is entered, VHU Law secures liens on all real and personal property owned by judgment debtors. We aggressively pursue all legal avenues available in Georgia for judgment collection including, but not limited to bank garnishments, wage garnishments and post-judgment discovery.
