VHU Law domesticates judgments secured by clients outside of the state of Georgia in accordance with the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act (UEFJA). Once the judgment is domesticated, VHU law utilizes all collection avenues available under Georgia law. VHU Law also has a deep network of attorneys outside the state of Georgia to assist clients when judgment debtors move out of the state of Georgia.
