Vivian was born in Charleston, South Carolina, and grew up in Augusta, Georgia. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Biology. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree, Vivian worked at a behavioral health agency as a social worker in the child and adolescent department. Vivian earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Georgia, in 2006 and went on to begin her career as a Staff Attorney for the Honorable David P. Darden, State Court of Cobb County.
Prior to establishing her own firm, Vivian co-founded Simpson, Uchitel & Wilson, L.L.P. in 2012 after five years of practice as an Associate and Senior Associate at Simpson Law Office, L.L.P. Vivian is a member of the Creditor’s Rights section of the State Bar of Georgia. She is also a member of the Commercial Collection Agencies of America (CCAofA) and the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC).
Vivian lives in metro Atlanta with her husband and two boys. She is an avid runner, and college football enthusiast (Go Dawgs!). She also enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
